Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made within 30
days of the payment or transaction.
- The loan application is canceled or
rejected due to errors or issues on our part.
- Any excess fees collected beyond the
actual processing costs are eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Application processing fees paid for
loans that were approved and disbursed.
- Fees related to administrative services
or external processing that are incurred and non-recoverable.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written request via email or

and reason for the refund.
- Provide any supporting documentation or
proof of payment if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and
process the refund within 14-21 business days, if eligible.
4. Processing Fees
A processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover
administrative costs. This fee applies to all refundable transactions.
5. Additional Charges
Any additional charges incurred during the loan processing or disbursement, such as
service fees from external agencies, are non-refundable.
